LET THE SUNSHINE IN
Excellent window wells are one of our favorite things to do. They make real live living space out of areas that we all thought were relegated to laundry, the dogs and your uncle's man cave. By cutting through the (often thick rock) foundations of the houses we work on, adding in full-size windows suddenly it feels like a living lower level and not the b-word. We'd rather move the laundry upstairs, your dog to the yard and your uncle is your deal.

PRESERVE THE MAGIC
Many of the houses we buy have gorgeous features that would be difficult, inefficient and super expensive to recreate in a newly built home. Those features are the things that draw us to them, and sometimes, just sometimes, we can preserve them.
